I placed an order for depilstop , hair removal.   They charged my master card  three times. I tried several times to talk to someone about the problem. They said there was no record of any purchase. I faxed them a copy of my credit  card statement. When I tried to get them to take the charges off my card . They said I had to wait , and send the product back when  I received it. And they would refund my money. I received  them, sent them back. And I have heard nothing from them.  The charges are still on my card. The depilstop was supposed to cost $19.00 for each order.  ( I ONLY WANTED ONE)  I was charged $56.93 once $61.93 once  and the third charge was for$23.98.
