SnappyMags - Magsforless Never Delivered the 8 Magazines I Ordered ripoff New York New York

I ordered 8 magazines from Snappymags.com through Google checkout on November 24, 2006. I contacted this company on February 16, 2007 through Google Checkout when I had not received any of the magazines I ordered. I received a reply back from Sarah Frankel on February 24, 2007. Ms. Frankel assured me that she had fixed the problem and the order would be processed.

But to date, I have not received even one of the magazines I ordered. I have contacted multiple times the company through both Google Checkout and directly through Sarah Frankel at sarah@snappymags.com. Although Ms. Frankel did respond on one other occasion, when I asked for either a refund or for the order to be processed, I have not received either a refund or any of the magazines I ordered. My order number was 472860647364322.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. THEIR VERY LOW PRICES MIGHT ENTICE YOU. BUT TAKE MY ADVICE AND NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR YOU'LL BE SORRY. THERE IS A CHANCE YOU MIGHT GET YOUR ORDER AS I DID ON ONE PREVIOUS OCCASION WHEN I ORDERED FROM THEM. BUT WHEN THINGS GO WRONG ON AN ORDER, THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU OR REFUND YOUR MONEY, NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY.

I HAVE NOW PUT A COMPLAINT IN WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND ALSO INTEND TO PUT IN A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE. JUST PUT IN A WEB SEARCH FOR ANY OF THE NAMES THIS COMPANY GOES BY, TWO OF WHICH ARE LISTED ABOVE. YOU'LL SEE THAT THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER FOLKS OUT THERE THAT SPENT THEIR HARD EARNED CASH AND GOT RIPPED OFF.
