I worked for Joel Simkhai (MagForLess) for a couple of months. Joel had me do a variety of tasks and was always rude, obnoxious and demanding.

After receiving an email from Joel that he wanted out bi-monthly timesheets early, I went ahead and sent it over to him. I noticed that on 1/6/2006 I still was not paid for the projects I completed for Joel and sent him several emails asking him for my payment. Finally I received a response and he asked me to send all of my work to him to back up my hours. Then I receive another email stating that my work was never received. Kinda funny when I have emails stating that it was and that I did a great job, as well as thank you! Also Joel was sent daily updates as to what projects we were completing and how many hours we spent. So if you like to work hard for free and be treated with disrespect I definitely recommend working for Joel Simkhai.

I also have an email indicating that he is aware that he owes me this money. Getting it from him is another thing. I intend on doing everything in my power to make people aware of this man and also getting my money from him. So beware!

Joel then refuses to answer any of my emails and then has a marketing assistant contact me by phone. He informs me that if I resend a couple of documents to Joel he will pay me the $800.00 he owes me. This is like the 5th time I have sent this to them. Talk about disorganized. Games once again. So I agree to it and then I am told once again that he does not want the documents. So needless to say I still have not been paid for work I have done. I am owed $800.00 and one way or another I will be paid for work I have done. I don't work for free!

I have all my proof to obtain payment so now I await a court date.
