Snuggies They did not refund me the money for something I did not order. New Internet

Someone ordered two orders from Snuggies using my cell phone number 217-454-1074. This is my daughter's cell phone. I called them and asked that if I refused the order and sent it back, would I get a refund. They said that I would. The merchandise was refused and returned.
I was charged $91.70 and $86.70. I have only gotten a refund of $59.90 on 2/19. My credit card disputed the charges. They never did give refund, so the $91.70 and $86.70 was charged back onto my card. I have NO MERCHANDISE! I am being charged for something that I did not order no have. They have not given me a refund, nor will talk to me. GPM*SNUGGIES 800-663-8166 NY is the number on my credit card statement that I am being charged for. They bill through All Star Marketing Gro, but I cannot reach them to get them to help me either. I cannot find a phone number for them.

Can someone help me! This unfair being charged for something that I did not order nor have.
