I saw the commercial for Aqua Globes, buy 2 for $14.99 and get 2 more free. When I called the number given, it was automated. They ask for your credit card number and nothing else!
They did not ask for a quantity, they do not tell you how much your total is, there is not an authorization to place the order, once you give your credit card number its over, you are not given a confirmation code, nor are you given an option to cancel your order.
This company then charged my account $140.00!! I had to go through my bank to get any contact information for this company. When I called they said I had ordered over 20 Aqua Globes!!
They said the items are being shipped and they will not credit me back until they have received the merchandise back. This is going to be 3 - 4 weeks before I get a refund.
This is just bad business.. how can they legally be allowed to charge people for things that were not ordered! They should be made to completely change their telephone ordering system. Add options for how many items are being purchased, a total amount of what is going to be charged to you, and the option to cancel.
I will never order anything over the phone again! And I hope that other people will think twice before doing business with this company!

You are not getting anything free they charge you for it - that's why they are usually half the TV price when it comes out in the stores - without the "Free" crap.
You are overcharged for shipping costs on everything - buy it in the store for half price and no shipping charges. No waiting for a delivery that never comes in.

I have seen all the As Seen On TV crap in Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, JC Penneys and Sear to name a few stores.
