I originally had typed in the adobe.com address; don't know how I got to thise one! The site leads you to believe you can download any software and receive their support. They charged my card with $70.80 which in no way was the total for a three year membership at $15.46 a year.

When I called the billing dept, I got the most rude person on the phone. I asked her to refund the money, she said she couldn't since I had just purchased the product (keep in mind, I didn't know I hadn't even received the product). I said, 'well I guess I can call my bank and see if they can stop it'. She rudely informed that no bank can do that and said in a even more hateful, rude tone' have a nice day mam! I was so mad, I don't think I've cussed at anyone in years, but I did her.

Next day, even tho I'm mad about the money, I tried to access the software. Still can't do it. You get an icon and it looks like you are loading up, but then you get the little notice that you need to purchase the product!

I called adobe and was informed there are no free downloads of their software and they were not associated with this company. I called Software Hq again and got the same rude b---ch and she said I would see a credit in 2-3 days! I'll hold my breath!
