Software-hq.net This co. charged me for Skype download which is free.$70.80 Then again charged me for Adobe reader $70.80 update Internet

I went on Adobe site to update Adobe reader for 7.95 but this co falsly charged me $70.80 and did not even upgraded anything. I went on AOL to download Skype I never went onto this site and it charged me $70.80 for downloading SKYPE. I called them and a woman answered would not give her name and said she would remove the second charge. I then explained that I did not purchase anything from this co she then began cussing me and threatening me she said she had my card# and she said wait till I see what else she was going to put on my card she also said I have your address we know where you live. I hung up as she was very abusive. Tel# called was 1-800-784-3167.
