Solano Property management Denial of HUD recipient for having no credit a month after taking her money! fairfield California

 I received my sec 8 voucher a month in a half ago,and have been looking for a home for me and my three children.This company is the first place i used to apply for a home.They took my $35dollar application fee,than a week later told me the property was already rented out.In a little over a month's time I've applied for two other homes through this company,given that the" sec 8 approved "homes are very limited down to about two to three properties at a time and there rental list is very rarely updated!Today I decided to give them a call and check the status of my application,and they told me this property was also already rented out "of course"

Then I asked them if they could leave a note to one of the other owners of the "no sec 8 accepting property list"if they could possibly reconsider renting to a sec 8 recipient since my fully payed rent and utilities through HUD exceeds the amount of rent that this home is asking for anyway,"after all "it is a guaranteed monthly payment!They then put me on hold and transferred me to some lady who goes on to tell me that there" all of a sudden"denying my application through there company for having no credit,and also,for my previous rental history from 5 years ago,when I rented an apartment with my ex boyfriend who was working and paying the rent while I was a full-time student at the time,and because he made a few late rental payments and I was the co applicant on the lease,even though we were never evicted,and it's obviously not on

my credit report,that it was enough for Solano Property management to take my money,and play games with me for over a month,than discard my application for a home for me and my children based on some credit report that has absolutely nothing to do with HUD paying all of our rent+utilities to a homeowner that accepts sec 8 housing.When I stressed this point to her,the lady said"it's not an arguing factor"we are denying you and that is that!So now I have less than another month in a half to find a "non ignorant"leasing agency,or homeowner that will accept my sec 8 or me and my three small children will lose are sec 8 voucher and be without a home!Thanks Solano Property management for nothing but robbing us of our $35 dollars,wasting our precious time,and causing me and my family unnecessary stress!!!
