Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I saw an ad on the internet that claimed it was from Microsoft.It said it would help improve your computers performance.
It turns out it doesn't help at all.
I have been trying to contact them by e-mail,but I get no response.
All they want to do when you call is sell you stuff.
I am going to go to my bank and file a complaint on them and I have filed one here as well.
I will do whatever it takes to get my money back from this company!!!
I will not be ripped off!!!

I went to my bank after 9 days of putting up with no answer to my e-mails.
I kept all of them and made a copy for the bank.
I also gave them a copy of what the website sends as a confirmation payment.
Then,I filled out the paperwork and now my bank will fight them as well!!!
They gave me a provential credit and will let me know what happens.
Always, keep all proof of where you make a purchase from.
Including there website!!!
Make copies of all of it and file it!!!
This will help the bank nail there crooked a**** to the cross!!!

Be on the look out when you find there page (Solid Tech).
They'll say there Microsoft and they give you a tech number to call when you pay and that's when they get ya!!!
