Solid Tech Scammed me out of $400 after claiming to provide service & protection for my pc for 2yrs Internet

I purchased driver detective all of a sudden a menu popped up and said to call this number for activation. Me thinking it was about driver detective called the number then next thing i know this guy is telling me my pc was not safe, had multiple security risk and said he could fix this and keep my pc safe with a 2 year subscribtion. sounded good i went foward after seven hours and nothing being done and multple disconnection's from the so -called tech working on my pc "which we was disconnected because the tech would take so long to do anything the connection would just time out" i decided to cancel service. I recieved an e-mail saying i had to "FAX" them my order ID # and description of why i would like a refund. I purchased service on 10/12/15 called to cancel that very night, Faxed them the info they asked for on 10//16/15 and have yet to hear anything or even receive an e-mail. actual amount paid was $389.00 this is by no means a small amount of money to me and i plan on doing everything possible to get my money back. STAY Away from this company!
