My fiancee and I were looking into getting him a cheap and effective vehicle, so he called up to Southwest Kia and set up an appointment to sit down and talk with them. When we went up there Dan (the one who answered the phone) met us at the car and seemed genuinely nice and wanting us to get a car, but then he started to get pushy and then told a sob story about it being his 3rd day and no one has made any sales yet and he wanted to get on the boss's good side.

well we said that we would come back the next day with his dad to co-sign for him since both of us are basically first time buyers. We bring his dad and mom up there and it took them 4 hours to get out of the building after their initial "NO". Dan practically forced him into paying 275 when my fiancee didn't want to pay more than 250. I understand its not that big of a difference but when you are on Military pay you want to save as much as you can.

well his dad said "no, he wouldn't allow his son to pay that much." and they kept taking the price of the car down to make a sale. They brought it down to 12,600 at a 12.6% and I didn't like it one bit because my car was a heck of a lot cheaper and better built. so I said can you bring it down to 10,000 and you have a deal. Then the general manager comes out and says that my fiancee is not a man of his word and he signed a contract with them that he has to buy this car for the price marked and that he was not a man because he cannot keep his word. It insulted me and deeply hurt my fiancee and highly angered his parents.

"Dan practically forced him into paying 275 when my fiancee didn't want to pay more than 250."

What sort of weapon were they holding to his head to make him sign the contract? Your fiance is an adult and has every right to say "no" and walk out the door.

What I'm getting here is that your fiance negotiated a deal, signed a contract, then decided to renegotiate a better deal. It doesn't work that way. The whole purpose of a contract is to settle the deal on paper. Once signed by both parties, the negotiating is over. If you plan to continue negotiating, you don't sign the contract. It's not a difficult concept.
