okay i was originally with bridgemaxx, without my knowledge i was changed to speedconnect.

next i was told my bill would stay the same as bridgemaxx. my bill i was raised $15.00 without any notice, called them up said they sent out a letter never happened. i was charged 2 months for a bill that they said was not paid, while investigating my bank statement, this bill was paid.

i was never given credit for the overpayment. now, they have taken a double payment again and are telling that the bill has not been paid , my bank statement does not lie. i am tired of this company taking advantage of me, i have also turned them into my attorney general and the fcc.
