"We have a very reliable service to the Fort Hall area. Our speeds will average between 6-8 MBPS download speed and around 2 MBPS upload speed. We have an unlimited data plan for $59.95 a month for a 2 year agreement. You will also have a consistent speed at all times. " - Speedconnect Salesman

That is what they made the service look like but in reality I have had speeds as low as 49 Kbps download/ 470 Kbps upload. Although speedconnect technicians have come out here to adjust their internet equipment which provides me access, nothing has improved the performance of my connection to the internet. They have even made it seem like it was a hardware problem on my part so I have also purchased 4 routers so far, returned the 2 most recent to the store because I was unable to get Open NAT on them.

I recently got them to admit to throttling so I'll quote them: "I discussed this with out technician and there is a lot of gaming going on.  In February the customer has used 190.15 GB of data with most of it from gaming on Xbox..  We do throttle the service after 8GB per day.  March usage was 105.28 GB again, most of it from gaming on Xbox." - Speedconnect representative.

Speedconnect says they throttle at 8 gbs a day but to be honest, I've had my internet throttled way before 8, like around 4 or even 2 gbs and I never understood why my data usaged mattered when I am on a unlimited data plan, plus when I went to their website to the "check my usage" it says I use my internet connection for things I don't use and things I never heard of.
