SpeedConnect Horrible Provider and Poor Customer Service Great Falls  - Montana

We signed up for SpeedConnect and signed their 2 year contract.  Well a little over a year into the contract we had to move unexepectedly.  I spoke with the local representative as well as their customer service to transfer service to our new home in another state.  They didn't offer the service where we were moving so they told us they would waive the early termination fee.  So we returned all of our equipment before we moved and didn't give it another thought.  Almost a year later I recieve a collection letter at our new address.  After calling the company I found out they did not and would not waive the termination fee of $125.  In that year we never once received a statement, late notice, or phone call to let us know there was a problem.  Not 1 attempt!  I reported them to Better Business Bureau as well as called their customer service and worked with collection agency and they refused to honor what their employee told us.  We have perfect credit so we had no other option than to pay the amount so it didn't affect our credit.  They are an awful company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
