First of all,  SW what paper work do you send that says anything about 30 days? You are blowing smoke up these people's a*s's and you know it!!!! Show the proof of this 30 day guarantee!!! Who are some of your sponsors that can be contacted to prove you are who you say you are? I've called Pep Boys corporate office to verify your business and they've never heard of you.  I got my money back and I never received anything about a 30 day guarantee...of course Thomas wanted to use that with me too when I told him he was going to send my money back but it didnt get him too far.  Actually he said it had to be OVER 30 days....I think these people have waited long after 30 days!! The burden of proof is on you Patrick or Thomas. You have too many people who have proof of your scam. The burden of proof in a slander suit falls on you SW to proove we are lying about your scam....I dont think you would win!!!!!  Undoubtedly this is only a two person team because there is only Thomas and Patrick. I did not come to an agreement with your "rep" because of how pushy he was about sending the money. 15 minutes to get to the post office to send him $200 dollars that i didn't have to begin with? yeah right. Another thing he kept suggesting that i find someone to borrow money from. If this was legit your rep would have been courteous to my pay schedule. If indeed your establishment is legit then put your reps through a customer service course because they need it.

I find it highly entertaining that "Being in business" is the new phrase for being a con artist. You're "company" (i use that term sarcastically) is still going because of you over whelming people over the phone with all these wonderful hopes and dreams then you immediately rush them to send you money via check or money order for some so called "resume" type document.

I'm glad to say that i didn't send your group of cons any money. After reading all of these reviews and your so called claim of trust being a bunch of facebook friends as credibility i will be following in everyone's foot steps gladly by reporting Sponsored Whips to the chamber of commerce and the BBB as well as spreading the word to many forums i frequent.

Hello to the Husband and Wife who wrote this RIPOFF report. I had also been in the same position as you. Except it was a guy named Patrick. I had did this for my fiance' and went through the same exact situation. It was suppose to be free and then at the last few minutes of the phone call they swing it on you after they butter you up and get you all excited. I had to pay $199 as well and go to the post office. And when I called him back after I was done, he said I just put your stuff in the mail. Ok, good I can not wait to recieve it. Here it s 2.5 months later an still nothing. I made sure I asked for the refund in time and I am still waiting and its been a month and a half. Are you serious, what a guarantee!! NOT! I am so disgusted. I have cotacted a lawyer, BBB, and General Attorny's office. I had no idea about the tattoo shop or the insurance company. Thanks for the great information because no I will be calling the chamber of commerce as well. I have had it with these people.

A week after putting my report in Thomas? repeatedly kept calling asking us to take my report off. Why would I even if I could? These reports have dated back to 2007 and all these people cant be wrong when I hadnt even seen this site until after Id called chamber of commerce in wilmington.
