SPOT SATELLITE MESSENGER scam, fake, extra charge, thieves Nationwide

We purchased our spot messenger in 2014. It showed up months later, as they had shipped it to the other side of the country. Then uponm activiation, we find that theres a charge to use the device for the year. (NOTE: Nowhere does it mention automatic renewal, or additional fees). We used it for maybe a month tops, and it wasnt a good product for us.

Now, 3 years later, we find were getting $200 charges for a device we havent seen in over 2 and a half years. We contact spot messenger, spend over half an hour on the phone, only for them to tell us that they will not refund us a dime. Not even refund us for the remaining 10 months that theyve charged us for as well. They claimed we had a contract with them that could not be cancled. Nowhere was annual renewal mentioned, nor did we get any email reminders telling us that a payment was due. Furthermore, the payment card was changed, and they still managed to charge our account. The amount they charged this year was even more than the regular annual fee and they wont explain why. They even argued with us when we tried to cancel for the upcoming year. There is NO way to cancel your account online, you must call them and face their harassment and theivery as the try to take more money.
