BEWAR OF SPRINT TRYING TO OVER CHRAGE U ON CELL PHONE BILLS I HAD MINE TURND OFF FOR 3MONTHS BECUSE THERE PHONE BILL SEVERIVCES WAS OVER CHARGING ME On THERE PLAN @ $99 amonth on a samsung Instinct contrack and there cell phone contrack serevices,, 3 months later i order Another phone for my wife for xmas a Romor i agrred to pay the 50 fee With A cred for extra phone line and the other phone plan @126 Amonth they was trying make me pay for a same thang agane $50 too on my sprint bill i had to tell thime i pay my other phone off long time ago @ $195 to get out sprints billing to have phone back on@$195 late payment i notices the same amount on my bill agane affter i payed it back on A credit card Now and they remvoed the erro of - $142.54 from my acount affter i payed with a credit card now there saying my acount late agane when i had to call them to put a 2 week noties to pay it or they will trun it off agane chrageing me 50 buck if its late fee i know i had been paying my bill on time SO BEWAR OF THERE LATE SCAME FEES AND THERE OVER CHARGEING ERROS TO YOUR ACOUNTS affter they aggres to change it every 3rd of the month on changeing your billing order due dates and to there 2nd phone line billing severices contrack and new monthly charges of your acount and there plans Everything Data Share 1500mints whene u order IT or changing your acount with sprint nextel contrack poilices BEWER OFF THAT SCAMM- {I CAN,T WIAT UNETT MY CONTRACK DONE WITH THIME}

Scam to get personal information

I received a letter today (a bill actually) from Sprint for a call from an account number listed to another number will a billing charge of 27.80.   Since I don not have a Sprint account (nor have I ever) I called Sprint in inquire about this. 
 
Their customer service stated that this account number was NOT a valid number with them, nor could they find it using my name.  
 
The things that struck me as odd with the bill were as follows
 
1)      It appeared to be a photocopy in 1 color only
 
2)      The bill states the following:  The following calls were completed using sprints network the charges for these calls will not be on any other telephone company bill. Amounts due may be referred to a collection agency if not paid.  Please pay upon receipt.
 
3)      Sprints customer service department stated that the account listed was invalid. They gave the following number for Sprints fraud department 888-788-0788
 
If you receive a bill similar to this DO NOT PAY contact Sprint and verify with them first especially if you do not have a Sprint account.  This information was forwarded to their fraud department along with my state agency. 
 
And never give out any information like address, work place, SS# to anyone including GOD or you will regret it.

January 1st 2009 Sprint is raising the Surcharge on the customers bill which gives the customer the right to OPT OUT of the contract with NO early termination fee (ETF). Make sure you tell this to everybody on your mobile to mobile network. Sprint may tell you that you cannot do this. Escalate the call to a supervisor or manager.

It can be hard to cancel a line with sprint for the employees metrics are negatively affected. It is easier to port the number out and then change the number with the new carrier if you want a new number. Once your number is ported, it will automatically shut down your Sprint account.

Before you port, make sure the ETF is waived and call back and double check with another rep and have them read the previous reps note making sure notated that the etf will be waived. There is an interaction number if you ask for it. They may also try to offer you things but remember you had all those billing issues.

Do you really trust to stay at this point? You have to wait till you get your first bill after January 1st and when the change in surcharge amount is viewable....you may then cancel with not ETF. You need to cancel right away for if you pay the bill, you accept the charge and you are still locked into your agreement.
