Sprint Violation of the WLNP laws Kansas City Nationwide

 Ported my number to tmobile. I called sprint told the to restore the old line with the old phone and a NEW number due to a 160.00 charge for the device on easy pay. Sprint is telling me I HAVE to port back in the original number to credit the 160.00 that the agreement is on the number itself not the phone. I advised them no its on the line just request the line activate with a new number . sprint then activates a new line of service with the old device without my permission still charging. A supervisor said I HAVE to port in the number back to sprint to credit the 160.00 for the device that is now being used on the same account with the new number the activates without my permission and refuse to activate the old line with a new number charging me the 160.00 for the same device that's still utilized on the account. I told the supervisor the contract is on the line not the number because if I call and change the number then the contract goes straight to the new number. She stated I have to port the number back and refuse to restore the old line with a new number.
