SprintPcs.com ripoff Busy, busy, busy

This all started this past April when I went on to SprintPcs.com to order a cell phone. Well, I received my phone and the plan I signed up for but a month went by and no phone bill. I went back to Sprints website and it said I did not have a valid Sprint Pcs Phone Number.

Well, finally, 5 months later I received a bill from MCI WorldCom Wireless???? Why??? Well, they said they were having billing problems and apologized for any inconvience. When I called to find out how they expected me to pay this huge bill, they said just pay what you can, don't worry about it, since it was their fault anyway. Well, then I received about 4 more right in a row after that... my bill is over $700, and I'm trying to have that redone because I wanted my plan changed to something more fitting for my lifestyle....well, then one day I went to use my phone and it doesn't work, nothing, no power at all.

I called MCI they informed me that they couldn't help me because my bill was so big. Well, I explained to them that it wouldn't have been had they sent me a bill in the beginning of each month, she said sorry, very rude. And by the way, I actually spent maybe, maybe 5 minutes speaking to an actual person, after calling 4 different numbers as intructed to by them, the other 2 hours and 55 minutes were spent on hold!!!!

I'm really upset, I have a phone that I can't use and in the mean time they are going to charge me the $49.99 plus tax every month to have this phone that doesn't work, because they won't fix it because of my bill, which is their fault that it's so big anyway!!! I'm fed up with this company, all I want is out of this contract, I only have 5 months left, but they want $200 for me to cancel.

I'm getting punished for their screw ups and feel like I've been ripped off in the worst way. They can have their stupid phone and their terrible service. I want nothing more to do with them. But still can't figure out how they even got my business through Sprint Pcs!!!
