STAR CAPITAL SECURITIES INC. SENT CLAIM STATING WINNING FINAL NOTIFICATION CHATHAM Ontario

I recently received a letter from Star Capital Securities Inc. stating they have been trying to contact me as I won money in the North American Shoppers Sweepstakes held on May 5th, 2008. They sent a check for 4875.00 and asked me to deposit the check and send money by money gram or western union to pay the government taxes for the winnings.

They sent a check from Bay Cities Bank in Florida and I think they should be held accountable as well as this Star Capital Co. They said it was because I shopped at Walmart and Home Depot this past year. I'm contacting these companies as well so they can put a report against these companies. What a scam.
