Star Capital Securities Inc Don't go there!!!It's a SCAM Des Peres Montana

Recieved a letter today, I won 125,000USD and have a check in hand for 4875 , it states call them first before depositing and some money is needed for the government tax.
First I called Commerce bank to see if such an account exists, they said no, went onto yellow pages and no Star Capital Securities exists either.
The other persons on Ripoffreport have the same letter with the same winning ticket # and lucky winning #, it states random drawing from over 100,000 entries WOW we all had the same #, no loose situation Hummmmm
I was told to deposit and immediatly withdraw 2975. of that $ and Western Union it to an address they will give me.
That was until I asked why cant I deposit wait for the clearance of the check then some them the $ or better yet they can take out the Tax from my winnings and pay the government tax from that, like they do in the casinos.
They stated since I only had 5 days to do this from the date of the letter (9-4-08) and today I just recieved it (9-15-08) I was already on the list of no reply and they need it by tomorrrow, Sorry wont happen, I know the scam. Hope others dont fall for it, if it comes that easy , it isnt real. Western Union backs this up 100%, if in doubt call them when you or if you get a address to send it to they can also look into and or start an investigation on this also.
Please dont just send the $ , your going to have and wver draft of that much from your bank, and that you can bank on.
