opened an account for a web site, i was supposed to receive a set up information in 24 hours, did not get it. so i cancelled the account, the day after it was closed they charged my credit card.

i have sent e mail to them about it and requesting it be refunded but never received a reply to any. this web site is a rip off. please put out the word.
