These people are the biggest SCAM I have ever delt with. I have 3 domain/websites with them and I receive the worst service and support. I needed my password changed so my desinger could access the account and not only did i wait on hold for 1 hour plus but I tried on another line and was hung up on twice. When I asked for my 30 day refund they refused and said that this doesn't apply to me.

STAY AWAY, THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM!

Not only are you out 70+ dollars but you have to deal with a domain name transfer which they won't do. Now you lost 70+ dollars and your domain name.

I am in the process of contacting my attorney and bringing legal action against them.
