 Recently received an e-mail indicating that I had an arrest warrant out for me. When I called to invistagate the claims I was told that do to an unpaid payday loan I had an active warrant for my arrest that was currently outstanding. I've been in contact with a 'Supervisor' by the name of Marc Williams (whom I'm sure is really named Gupta, or Sanjy or some other Inidan nomenclature) . Anyway, I have a personal meeting with him this Thursday (June 12th ) at 1:00 pm. The offices are located at 300 West 15th Street in Austin Texas (78701),  I would encourage EVERYone who has been contacted by this 'agency' to join me in confronting these folks and shed a little light onto their operation. I will update this site after my meeting to let everyone know just how underhanded and dirty these folks really are.

I recently tried to get another one and I was contacted by a company that calls themselves The State Investigation Department. They call me all day long. They say that I owe $1250.00 on a pay day loan and I told them that I payed over $1500 on that loan. They told me that they do not have any records of me paying any money on the loan. I contacted the bank that was associated with the loan because we all know that you HAVE to have a bank account to get a loan.  New York City New York
