I recently read a report that was filed by me on this attorney in 2009.

First off the Secretary is not responsible for the actions that the attorney does or does not perform. However he did take 5,000 dollars and put it on a B of A credit Card. My mistake was not telephoning the consumer fraud hot line for the credit card services. Because after 30 days of non-compliance for the law office to perform an activity for services rendered would actually be the statute of limitations for the Bank of America to step into the limelight. They would have had their own attorneys act on this and have the money returned to the client without involving office employees of the attorney.

Secondary, I opened up a personnel part of my life "explaining that I was a sober alcoholic for 10 years". This office secretary used it against me as if I was an unintelligent, undeserving person, and mentioned that my word meant very little to nothing because of my past endeavor with alcohol.

Sixth, the secretary of this law office was informed that after several months we only had one contact with the firm and we wanted the filing process to start with a guardianship for my mother.

Seventh, if had been in contact with my brother in Oregon this would have never happened. I would have gone to another Attorney. However legal teams split the family up. And that particular year and my younger brother were murdered. I was slipped a mickey or roofed as they say it. Roofed at an ABA accredited school during this time. Oh, A B A means American Bar Association. I was four years sober then.

To the readers: I went out to drink because these attorneys cost our family 3 generations of hard work, ranch lands, and our college Trust Money from our grandparents. I am the one who picked up the pieces and quit college and helped my father and mother to move to another ranch, after these law offices decided their fate. Yes 16 years after my brother's murder I finally am not afraid to tell about the real price of corruption.

Eighth, perhaps ethics are a principle of the past. However now I am sober again for ten years. No one can take that away except me.

Ninth, Check your report at the OPI and ask your local newspaper why they said you cheated on your Ventura's Best Attorney Vote" They claimed that you had your own secretarial staff telephone in several times to vote for your own office.
