Straight 2 You Networks charged my debit card $1225.00 in November. Account has been closed for several months. Ripoff! Port Washington New York

Do not do business with this company. They are liars and thieves. I had service with them for one month. I paid the early termination fee and closed the account. That was in August. In September they charged my debit card $159.00 and in November they put charges through totalling $1225.00. My bank recognized the fraud and reversed the charges.

However if you're smart you'll avoid doing business with them. Do not give them your bank or credit card information. If you close an account with them make sure you get it in writing because their favorite lie is to say that you never closed the account. Here's a clue to their character, they won't discuss billing issues with you over the phone only via email. There are hundreds of legitimate ISP's out there that don't use fraud to rip you off. Avoid this ISP at all costs. Tell your friends and coworkers.

Response to your rebuttal ...Yes, I have the right company. The records provided to me by Bank of America clearly show that your company charged my account multiple transactions totaling $1225.00. My bank informed me that you've recently attempted to charge my account again. You're wasting your time because the account is closed.

I believe your talking about another company who has charged you. I went thru our account statements for credit cards, and nobody was charged that amount, or anywhere near that amount.
