STRYKR Tactical Gear Failed to deliver the product ,Stryker Covert Carry Pants, after 3 months waiting, and won't answer phone or return emails. Tampa Florida

I ordered  a pair of the Covert Carry pants from the web sight on 7-6-14. By 7-16-14 I had not heard anything so I called 888-366-6299. Always answered by a machine, never a person. And emailed to get an update. 

They emailed back said it sould be shipped out by the 28th. It is now going on 3 months later (9-30-14) and still no pants.

We list on our order pages to allow 2 - 3 weeks (+/-) for production since these
are a custom product and especially with the amount of orders we're receiving.
Since the press we rec'd for being one of the "HOT 10 Products at the Special
Operations Forces Industry Conference (SOFIC) 2014" our sales have shot through
the roof.

I see you ordered on JULY 6th. We will be preparing the shipment the week of
July 28th and you will receive a tracking number via USPS. Your pants will ship
out the following week (if not sooner).

Numerous messages left on the machine, numerous emails sent, and no responce anymore.

This web sight states he is like a one man show in a private home. Not that that is bad, we all had to start somewhere. But if he can't deliver, than he should not say he will.
