I placed an order F via the Internet Feb 10, 2013 and paid via Paypal. Never received the merchandise. Someone named Matt replied once March 8, 2013:

Due to the high volume of orders we're expecting a small delay. Normally, the custom holster build takes 3-4 weeks, though we're expecting 10-14 more days.
 
We'll send you an email when they are ready to ship.
