Student Loan Resolve Took My Money and Will Not Give It Back. I paid them to do nothing!!! Plano Texas

They were so helpful when I first called. I assumed that I was making payment towards my student loans. I made 3 payments of $216. Then I notice that they were taking $49 per month from my account. I called and was told that it was their fee for certifying my loan. I never knew I have to have it certified. I requested a cancellation and a refund of my money. They told me I could not get a refund because of the work that they did, but my loan payment would double if I cancelled. To this day, I have no clue what they did. Sallie Mae services my loan. They are an absoulte rip off.
