Student Loan Resolve Keeps taking $49.90 directly from my checking account without explaination

I signed up with Student Loan Resolve back in July 2014, I had to make 3 payments in order for them to process my consildation. As well as wait for my information to go through (which defaulted my loans because I was told "Do not make any payments during this process") Now, my credit report was hit by 80 points. Now I am charged $49.90/month because "This is a monthly service fee that allows the Account Manager to continue working on my behalf. It covers monitoring my loans for new forgiveness plans that may come up that I'm eligible for, and anything they need to do to keep my loan in compliance with the Dept. Of Education, as well as recertify my loans each year to keep me in the Income Based Plan." Something which I can do myself. This is a total rip off and it's not worth $49.90/mo for them to "monitor" my loans. Consolidation went through, and now I'm making a payment which would be the same if I just did it myself for free through the Dept. Of Education website. Totally became a victim from this "Service". Do yourself a favor and never fall for these types of programs, just do it yourself.
