 Tarek & Christina's Success Path real estate investing seminars are designed to mislead unsuspecting entrepreneurs into believing that they will teach you how to find funding for your flips with no money down. This is absolutely false. After spending over $60,000, I worked with their Advanced Boot Camp trainers and a personal coach for several months. I made this my full priority, followed each and every step of the program as taught by my coaches and spent even more money on marketing materials, flyers, signs, business cards, printer, stamps, pens, envelopes, pads, gas, and earnest money deposits. I asked to have my coach replaced as he was not very helpful and the next coach couldn't lead me to success either. Please keep in mind, not long ago I graduated Magna c*m Laude with a degree in Marketing and I'm less than a year away from my MBA, so I can assure you that neither lack of intelligence nor work ethic got in the way. The program simply does not work because you are spending all the necessary capital you need to make down payments (everyone requires this, everyone!) on your "education."

A year later I have over $70K in debt, a saturated wholesale market everywhere in the U.S. (thanks to programs like these), no capital to invest in a flip and no lenders will touch me. Lastly, even the funding companies that are supposedly directly tied to Success Path (that $500K thing they mention over and over) will require a 30% of ARV down payment on your loan, which you won't be able to afford after paying for Success Path. I was lied to, mislead, threatened and abandoned after I started questioning the program. If these programs create so much success and they train literally thousands of investors every month, what percentage of them are now successful full time investors? I haven't met a single one, despite staying in contact with many of the other students after the seminars.

I requested a full refund and they refused to provide it. They threatened legal action if we pursued a lawsuit and convinced my wife to sign a confidentiality agreement with them. Well I didn't. I personally guarantee you a major loss of money if you pursue this venture. The stats don't lie. Visit one of the very many, very informative and free online REI resources to learn literally everything Success Path teaches you and more. Find local investors in your area and let them partner with you to find and fund flips together with your capital instead of pouring it into this worthless program. Lastly, Marc Hrisko is just one of their incredible salespeople who will say anything to get you to pay. You'll feel unique, you'll think he's a genius, you'll trust him but it's all designed just to get you to pay. There is far more money in "teaching" these seminars than there is in actually using their methods, that's why they are "teaching" and not doing. Do you really think these people would take a paycut to teach, just because they are nice guys?
