I'll keep this short.  The info they give is readily accessible on the internet, or can be purchased through a book for $30 or less.  If you want to pay, find a local investor that can help in your market.  These people are sales people, not investors.  They'll give you a 3 day refund policy, but won't give you any info or access until after the 3 days.  

The weekend seminar may provide some good info depending on the trainer you get.  I had a good experience with Mark Hriscol.  I've heard bad stories from other trainers.  However, once you get to the point of the "mentorship" programs, the pricing is absurd and the training is a joke.  Also, the agent I met with at the seminar was great, but did not help or keep contact after the event.  I've read someone else having a good experience with this.  

After telling him we could not afford their lowest package of over $20k, they "worked a deal" that they're "not supposed to do" and wanted to sell us access to their website and property farm site for about $5,300.  

Do not attend the 3 day seminar if your knoweldge thus far is watching HGTV.  The 3 day event had some great info for me, but I am a contractor already that runs my own business and have been researching to do this for a while before attending the event.  

They'll sell you on the funding during the free event.  It's all lies.  The funding is nothing like what they make it out to be.  

If you're just itching to spend money on training, feel free to pay me 1/2 what they charge and I can get you the same info, if not more of better info.  Otherwise, do a quick web search or find a local investor to pick the brain of.  Trust me, they are willing to help.
