DEFINITE SCAM!!! First of all--they do not come to these seminars. Attended 1 1/2 days and left due to not being able to use tools without signing up for mentorship told it could cost >$20,000!

Their methods are unethical as in signing up for several credit cards thus ruining your credit and making up to 30 offers on properties at one time.

During the seminar, they recorded the event and told the audience it was for their lawyers which should have been our clue.

Was unable to get through to customer service (3 separate lines 3X) for refund but they had no problem contacting me 3 times trying to get me to sign up for mentorship. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is a way for them to get $$ to fund their flips.
