Like my neighbor, I have had nothing but headache after headache with what was supposed to be a wonderfull experience (NOT)... Customer service??? does not exist. Timely service...Whats that mean. Contractors that listen when you tell them something...Yeah right. If you are interested in seeing what a bad tape and bed job looks like, come look at every wall in my house. Very noticeable. Want to see trim work that is not sanded, nail holes not filled in, joints not sealed, come look at my house.

Even after filing a report with the TRCC the crap still is not fixed. For example, the decking for my roof was put too close together in 3 different places causing it to buckle. After a YEAR of complaining and hearing we can't find a contractor to do it they finally got 1, that's right 1 of the joints fixed, replaced the shingles and obviously forgot about the other 2 spots. How do I know ??? Because you can see it from the street. How about a leak in the wall that takes a year to fix, ruins the carpet in the master, study and dining room not to mention my daughters armoir and my nightstands (mb).

Explanation, we have never had this problem with any other house we have built. I guess it's ok if you like swimming in your bedroom. Paint throughout the house, well we won't go there. Places that were repainted, you can still see the white. Supposed to be tan. Oh well!! How about this... We asked lets say Byron (name changed to protect the ha innocent) to put up the shutters that were supposed to come with the house and were told, why do you want those, they will just fall off.

Give that man a cigar, after only six months, they are starting to fall off. I guess that is what happens you fasten shutters to mortar using wood screws and silicon... I could go on and on but I think you get the point. Frustration does not even begin to describe it. I just hope nobody talks to my neighbor J again and tells him what an arrogant person I am again. Remember, when you want quality... go somewhere else.
