Sumeer Homes Run as fast as you can! Poor everything! Waxahachie Texas

These homes look nice on the outside but are very poorly built on the inside and some outside. It seems as if they use recycled or previous home materials for doors, baseboards etc. Everything that is new is the lowest of lowest quality, it seems like the workers hate the builder and screws up intentionally. The builder doesn't even go behind the workers to make sure the jobs are done at a quality level. They are just in it for quantity not quality at all!! Beware! They are very unprofessional and will not make repairs but will make promises. They have a take it as is or leave it attitude and will procrastinate as long as possible so you will give up on making requests and end up fixing things up yourself. I just hope our new home doesnt fall apart in the next year or two.
