Sumeer Homes Will not take respond or take care of the warranty issues on the house. Irving, Texas

I have emailed and called Larry Frazier, who is the warranty supervisor for sumeer on numerous occasions with no response.  I have called his supervisor Hal Barrix and left numerous messages with him, his secretary even telling me that he is in and that she will take the note and deliver it to him personally.  Sumeer has gone through six contractors during my one year with them: Jim, Micheal, Josh, Michael (again), Yancy, and now Clark.  I have left numerous voice messages with Clark and no return call has been made.  The only time I was able to get ahold of him he stated that he did not have my paperwork in front of him and that he would look for it and give me a call back which never happened.
