Lies were told both in the initial presentation about the vacation packages offered by Sundance Vacations as well as in the forced sales pitch following the presentation.  I was led to believe that Sundance Vacation packages were affordable and better deals than buying solely a weeklong vacation.

Directly after purchasing this vacation package I had difficulty for 2 months trying to log on to the Travel Advantage Network website, and each person I called was unable to assist me. Once able to log on, the pictures that were shown during the presentation were unable to be found on any of the properties on the website.  Also, when attempting to book a vacation in one of the resorts, the dates were unavailable or unable to be booked online.

Upon attempting to book a week in South Carolina this August, I discovered that in addition to paying the original $4,200 as well as the yearly membership fee, it was going to cost another $709 to book a week of vacation. This is by no means a great deal.

It also was a surprise to me that the seasonality guide was completely inaccurate in stating that the current extra per-night charge during the standard season was $0 when upon booking when in fact the extra charge for a one-week vacation during the standard season is currently $350.  Although I understand that this is subject to change, I dont believe that this type of inflation was honestly portrayed during any of the conversations with your employees.  The brochure that was displayed actually boasted on protection from inflation.
