Complaint: Sundance vacations never have any available places that I want to go for the past 5 years I tried to book a place to go, they never have any available. I did call them a few times to cancel this contract and they said I can’t, I can forfeit it and lose my $5,000 that I paid for it and all that Maintenance fees that I paid which is almost $2000 so far. I tried to look for a place to stay in New York, nothing available, nothing available in Ocean city Maryland, nothing available in Orlando Florida and they said they have no place at Virginia Beach, but maybe in the future. The places I want to go, they don’t have anything available and I can’t use this for the past 5 years and I want to use it up so I don’t have to pay the Maintenance fees, I just got an email saying they are raising the prices to $395.80 for the maintenance fees and processing fees are going up too. It’s just crazy, I just want to get rid of this since it is a waste of these fees and I don’t even use these vacations, I did ask if I don’t use these vacations every year, can I get waived for the maintenance fees since I don’t use it, they said no. I thought it would be easy to book and find a place, but it is so difficult. I just really want my money back and not have to worry about this anymore. They make it sound so good to buy it and pressure you into buying it, and the outcome to use it so horrible. Now I have a son who is 1 year old now, and I want to use it and take him places, but I can’t use it since nothing is available, all I want is my money back so I can use it to take him to the places that are fun. I wish I never bought this 5 years ago, this is causing me anxiety and headaches keeping this and paying those ridiculous fees. I look every month to find places to go, but nothing available. I bought this to use, but there is nowhere to go that is available. It’s a shame how this company works by not having the places that we want to go available. I really want my money back to take my son to Disneyland, so he has a memory of a lifetime. If anyone has any info or advice on how to get my money back that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
