I am yet another victim of Sundance Vacations. They completely ignored my legal right of rescission by continuing to harrass me on a weekly basis via telephone after I had notified them that I would not correspond with them by any means other than writing.
The worst part? They went ahead and drafted money from my bank account after they were explicitly told by me that they were not authorized to do so. I understand that this is against the law.
Do not make the same mistake that I did! The next time you are at a concert or a sporting event and someone approaches you with a pen and pad asking you to enter a drawing for free tickets...WALK AWAY!!! Do not give them any of your personal information! And if you already have and they are attempting to contact you...IGNORE THEM! Do not be lured into their web by the promise of a free vacation...NOTHING IS FREE!!!
