I am inquiring about Sunrise Student Loan Services, in which I paid a fee of $300 for them to consolidate my loan. They did not consolidate a loan I had through NelNet in result, had gotten into default and is not able to release my financial aid so I cant finish school. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the phone number listed at 855-803-1537 and noone ever returns my emails.
They are SCAM and will act like they are doing their part in which they just want your money. They have horrible reviews on this website along with BBB.
Is there a class action lawsuit against this company? I want my money back for them doing a horrible job and ripping people off. This is beyond frustrating for them to mess up your future.
They give you broken promises and lies.
