sunrise student loan services pissed off in the nati phoenix arizona

I called sunrise student loan services hoping to start trying to clean up student Loan debt i had accrued; but it the end all this sun did was SET, and burn me all the while (took my money). As far as i know, this company, that I NOW realize is NOT an accredited BBB company, is nothing more than a scam.

Although I fully intend to prosecute this matter, I wanted to file a claim here, on this site, so that hopefully, someone who does their homework BEFORE entrusting one penny to this  fascade of a trustworthy company, will think twice, and not become another victim.

I called this company in October of 2013, and after paying an initial large payment, was told that they would work with sallie mae in helping me get back into goodstanding. They have done NOTHING, except as Ive said taken my money and ran; it is now late April 2014. 

I even had a tax lien that they said they could me resolve. As tax season drew closer, I attempted and failed several times to get in contact with ANYONE at sunrise. The phone would simply ring and ring for hours, and often times,  my cell phone's battery would go "dead" from holding on the line for +4hrs!  They even advised me (back when I initally talked to them) not to file my taxes until I got a response from sallie mae about the tax lien being removed, as a result of them handlimg what they said they'd do, as now, a failed and costly attempt in convincing me that they have my interest at heart.

Its now clearly after April 15th, Sallie Mae has heard NOTHING from sunrise student services, and I have had to file an extension just so that I wont receive a hefty penalty from the IRS.  In a nutshell, if youre reading this and thinking about giving them one cent of your hard earned money, DONT!!!! Call whomever your debtor is and see if you can work something out with them.  By no means, would I ever recommend contacting this company. Theyre nothing but a scam and will leave you high and dry the minite they recive your money.
