SunRun Solar SunRun will not maintain the facility that they built to hold thier Solar Panels on my property San Francisco California

In June I sent photos of the decaying lattice panels that were installed by SunRun around a wooden structure that they built to hold their solar panels. (not on my Roof but on my ground)

In june I sent them photos of the lattice work on the ground as it had decayed in the sun. I followed up with a call to customer service and they said that they had the photos and would contact the contractor who installed the lattice work.

After 3 weeks I had not heard from them and called to see what was happening. on 7/31/18 during the call with Molly they informed me that on 6/15/18 they had called my home phone and informed my wife that they were not responible for the situation that we have found ourselves in. She expressed disapointment and hung up. So I explained that they should have called me as I was the one to file the complaint.

So I reiterated my position to Molly and started get excuses. First Molly said that i was not charged for the lattice so i did not deserve to have it repaired. (No Good)

Then she accused me of ripping it down myself.(No Good).

 At that point I asked for her supervisor and she refused to give me her full name for about 10 minites then she gave me the name Clarisa Carter. She then refused to give me her supervisors direct line so I gave up on Molly and simply called back and someone else gave me Clarisa'a number 628 221 2884.

I have called her about every 12 hours since that time and have not had a call back.

The lease agreement states that they are responsible for the maintenance of thier faucility and that I am not allowed to do any thing in regards to the faucility.

So what can I do? I plan to continue to try and get the materials fixed as I fear that a child may go under the panels and get hurt or worst.
