Sunrun rip off!!! California

This company has been ripping us off since February 2015. We had solar panels installed and we have received absolutely no savings. In fact, we are paying approximately $100 more per month. I have sent a certified letter, we have filed numerous complaints, and they refuse to act. They supposedly redid our contract, and lowered the monthly rate, but they have not changed it in the billing and continue to charge us $100 per month instead of the $66. The customer service reps give fake names when we call, and they even sent us a letter with someones direct line, which when we called, it was Toyota of San Francisco and not Sunrun. We have had it with them.
