 You are promised a Visa cash card for a purchase or lease. Let me emphasize CASH card. It is anything but that If and When you may get it. Then comes the fun part. You CANNOT get any cash for this card. It is used for purchases ONLY. It also does not work anywhere in Mexico as I am a victim of that. This is a ridiculous sales tool that need to be controlled by the CFPB. The promises are made based on either ignorance or lies. The reward merits equate to more problems than convenience and result is borderline financial fraud. Since the promise of the reward is made prior to full disclosure and does not involve the immediate disclosure of all facts, costs, and restraints... How is this not fraud? Again. Do not fall for this reward scam. If that is the reason your purchasing or leasing something then run away. Cash is king not a "Cash Card".
