I would like to ask you how your issued here were resolved. I too have been dealing with Hector Tornell and he only calls or emails back when he sees fit. I have been trying to get somewhere with this company for about 7 months now and legal action has started.

Please post how you two have come to an agreement.

We offered him to keep our deposit and forgo any dealings with them in the future and they would not agree stating that it is too late to cancel, however they cancelled half of our contract, but won't budge on the other half. Now we want all of our money back. They answere emails when they see fit and not in a timely manner but expect us to agree upon certain things within 2 days. That is not how it works. If you can shed any light on this we would really appreciate it.
