sunset rv stolen items from rv while in repair/new couch not fastened to floor fife Washington

Bought a rv in June of 2013. Company said the rig would be taken to their shop to go through it to make sure all was in order. The shop had the rig for 2 weeks and work was still not done. 

When it was returned to us, the table lamp and the toaster oven was gone.  We were told that the policy was when they removed items that we were supposed to contact them within 24 hours to reclaim what belonged to us. Now when they have it for 2 weeks how are we supposed to know what they removed????

My question is, why would a lamp and a toaster oven be removed in the first place???  Salessman, Mike Baydo, wouldn't returen calls or text messages.  When i called to speak to the owner of this business, of course he was unavailable. The only positive was Karen.  She told me she would write up a detaied report and give it to Phil, the owner.  

Had to return the rv to their shop as the air brakes were not working correctly. Had to wait for almost 2 months for the new couch and when I called to inquire I was told a differnt story every time.  

Finally drove almost 40 miles to the shop to chat with the manage of the repair end of this business.  Not much satisfaction there.

When we did get the rv back we discovered that the couch was not fastened to the floor and my wife was thrown to the floore when the thing tipped over. She is 73 years old.  When I called and told them they said they knew it wasn't fastened down. WHT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH THESE PEOPLE, my wife could have been seriously hurt.

The filters on the motor were not changed still original.  Don't believe this rig was serviced in anyway.  This company had it at their service place for almost all summer, no calls with updates, nothing.  I had to call all the time and still no positive answers.

After complaining to owner, salesman, Mile Baydo, finally calls (2 months later) 

and says he has a lamp and toaster oven.  All he had was some chincy lamp and not a toasteroven but some cheap toaster.  

Toilet leaked, found that the rood leaked, bathroom door never did get fixed. In fact the things that did get fixed were the things we kept after them about.

This is my first rv and I have not had a nice experience of it.  Whole summer passed by and no rv to go places in due to the crummy work of this company,

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSNESS WITH SUNSET RV IN FIFE OR BONNEY LAKE.

Ended up taking the diesel pusher to a reputable rv repair and they went throught the rig.  Repairs cost me $2100.00, but at least things were fixed and with 4 days, thank yu very much.
