I received a call from a telemarketer on 6/10/2009 that offered me fuel coupons to reveiw some mailed material. They were to charge me $2.92 for postage. I was charged the $2.92 on 6/12/2009. I never received anything.
On 6/23/2009 I was charged $24.81 and $48.87 at which time i called my bank to find out what the charges were for. The phone number on the charges 1866-864-3931 is for Dish Network. I call that number and they say its not them but they have the correct phone number of 1866-684-3931.
I call this number to be told I had been given 7 days to cancel my subscription and that they would review it to see if they could return the money and that would take 3 to 5 days. I was never told of anything like this or even of the charges that they took. That didn't matter to them.
I call them 6/29/2009, of course they turned down my "review". I asked "how can you charge me when you haven't provided anything". They said i can still redeem discounts and gas vouchers on supersavingstoday.com.
Its a fake website, all redirect to other company's websites if it works at all.
I cancelled my debit card and am disputing them thru my bank and will report them to the BBB.

I received a similar call from the private marketing company, I accepted the offer because they exhausted me with calls three to five a day while I was at work and I finnally cracked. However, I knew I would cancel and did and was provided a cancellation code. There were three services listed and cancelled;super savings today, unicare, id vanguard. Oh, and by the way, i was relentless calling the numbers provided to cancel the services and it is a good thing, since it took 10 calls to get a rep on the line. My question is, on a fourth service, called "key club". I can accept responcibility for agreeing to the trial offer and the terms, but there are a couple of details unreasolved. Since I never received a packet, as promised for my $2.95, I don't have any contact information to cancel the service I am probably enrolled in, how do I cancel that service (key club) if I never get the promised packet? What marketing firm is calling me if you don't have that information maybe they do. Second, since I never received the packet I paid $2.95 for, I want my $2.95 back, how do I get that?

These vouchers are redeemable in $10 increments, at the rate of one voucher per month up to the stated $300. You were given an access number and pin code to redeem the vouchers. Our website is not the provider of the gas voucher, our website is for our online coupon database (Super Savings Today program) Tryitforgas.com is the provider for gas vouchers and the link on our website will bring you to that site.
Again, we do apologize for the inconviences you experienced with the gas voucher redemption process, and hope this satisfactorily addresses your other concerns.
