I can't believe I got dupped. Never, ever again will I fax a check and contract to a company I haven't researched. I never do that and don't know what the heck I was thinking in the case. I faxed everything on 5/8/08. The funds cleared my bank 5/12/08. I still hadn't gotten my script back. A few days later I am told they are filing for bankruptcy. What a bunch of crap. Sounds like from many other posts she has scammed many others and will try again.

File a complaint with your district attorney. I was told that she can face criminal time for accepting funds for potenetial business knowing the the company is closing.
