Superior Telemarketing AKA Carisa Sanders Telemarketing Paid $720 for 50 hours of telemarketing services. Never got a dime's worth. Brooklyn New York

I could copy verbatim a previous report from Tim regarding Superior Telemarketing because what happened to him, happened to me almost to the letter.

I posted a project for telemarketing services on Guru.com and ST (Superior Telemarketing) bid for the project. Because they seemed to offer good value for the money I agreed to award them the project. Unfortunately I did not do use Guru.com's escrow service for payment but instead sent them a check by fax for $720 which they very promptly cashed. This was on Feb 15, 2008. They were then supposed to send me a "welcome email" to get the project started which they never did. In fact I never heard back from them at all.

To make a long story short, after numerous calls leaving voice mails and emails which went unreplied, I got fed up and by being quite aggressive I finally was able to talk to a woman who said her name was Lisa to request an immediate refund. She basically shouted at me that the check had been mailed already and to wait 30 days to call back. Of course I never received the check so when I called back about 30 days later she claimed that I had given her the wrong address. This was corrected and again she shouted at me that the check would go out and if I didn't get it in 30 days to call back again. Of course as of today's date I have not received my money.

I have filed a complaint against them with the New York Attorney Generals office, as well as the BBB on line. Guru.com has banned them from bidding on any other projects. If I do not get satisfaction I will sue them in small claims court.

This company is the definition of Rip-off. Not only that but they are the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It is very telling that when you search for Superior Telemarketing in Google, the second listing is for this site WWW.RipoffReport.com! That pretty much tells you all you need to know about them. Unfortunately I didn't think of doing that before I sent them my money. What a mistake.

Bottom line: This company is a fraud and does not deserve to be in business. Stay away from them at all costs or you will be sorry.
