Superior Telemarketing Services is not just the worst business that I've ever dealt with, it is a nightmare and a fraud. They still owe me close to $800. I was contacted by them after I posted a request for some telemarketing work on Vendorseek.com. The sales person promised this and that, so I was hooked, and made the mistake of filling out their order form. The next day I checked on the internet and found all these complaints about them. So I contacted them to cancel the order, before any work was actually done. Unfortunately the money was already drawn from my checking account (a big warning sign, they didn't take credit cards). Emily-Ann Sanchez, the assistant to the owner Carisa Sanders, emailed me saying that they would send me a refund in 30 days. I believed them - another mistake! Now after several months and numerous unreturned calls and emails, I am still not getting my money back. There is only one word that describe them, Fraud.
